Please note, that the orders are fulfilled on demand, by a third party (Printful) and we have a very limited control on the whole process.
In some cases, the products from the same order may be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately (hence the increased shipment cost).
All items in ADV Hoppers Shop are printed on demand (by Printful). This means they are custom made especially for you and therefore we do not offer returns, so please make sure you are ordering the item you want, in the correct size as per the size chart.
Printful will reprint and reship your order if one of the following situations has occurred:
1. If they accidentally printed the wrong image/design.
2. If they send you a product in the wrong size or colour to the one you ordered.
3. If the product is damaged during delivery.
4. If there is a defect that occurred during the printing process. For example, gaps in the ink, etc.
For product replacement, please contact us via contact form stating clearly what the issue is.
All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Printful within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to Printful no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Therefore please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to allow sufficient time to notify Printful.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to a printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to a printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
International shipping disclaimer
You, the buyer, are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and deemed unclaimed.
Printful does not ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- North Korea
