We are very proud that we are surrounded and supported by so many great people and companies. Thanks to them, we can go further, explore more and share the passion. They believe in us, value our opinion and help us achieve our goals. Please meet our Supporters.

The question about tyres (and oil) is probably the most commonly asked in the bikers’ community. For us the answer was always quite simple: black and round would do. But we tested a lot of them and there as actually no one-fits-all answer to this question. It all depends on what you need, what bike you have and how do you use it. We gave a try to Motoz tyres on our “heavy” bikes: BMW 1200GSA and BMW F800GS and we found them perfect for our needs. Since then we used those tyres on every bike we were riding. And we are proud and happy that Motoz decided to partner in our small ADV Hoppers project!

When you want to use hard panniers on your bike, you can go for big brands and high prices or choose a great product from a small company for a fraction of the price. APDURO panniers are of top quality, and Joris tested them to the max. They are crash-proof, you can pack a lot in them (they come in different sizes) and they fit all the standard racks available on the market.

What can be done if the bike does not have heated grips and the obvious aftermarket solutions are not exactly answering the needs? After some research we found Coolride and their simple, yet unique approach to keep your hands warm. And as Agata switches on the grip heating when the temperature falls below 20 degrees Celsius, this is really an important item on our bikes’ setup. A short review of the Coolride Grip Heating System can be found in our “Gear” section.

Joris has been using Wolfman Luggage bags even before he met Agata. Agata was secretly dreaming about the Wolfman Enduro TankBag back in 2014, when she bought her BMW G650X Challenge for the Western Africa trip in 2015, but not ended up with having one at that time…
Wolfman Luggage accessories are now accompanying ADV Hoppers on every trip, regardless of the destination and bike used. If you are looking for top quality adventure bags and soft luggage systems – you don’t have to look any further.

Size matters. Especially when you want to travel light and have the right tools with you, in case of a puncture. At Eastbound we got our Tyre-pro set. Ultra compact and light, modular and beautifully made aluminium set of axle nut spanners, tyre spoons and levers. If you are not having a puncture, you can still use the spoons to eat ice cream (personally tested). Check out all things offered by Eastbound – it can come very handy during your next adventure.

If you are looking for the top shelf brands to add to your motorbike and camping gear, there is no better place than Moto Adventure Store. Friendly and flexible service and “can do” attitude make it all possible, especially if your sizing is non-standard 😉

Since day one Ullmax Poland has been taking care of our thermal comfort on colder days during all kinds of sports we are into. Riding a motorbike, skiing, snowboarding, sailing, trekking, skydiving… It is always good to have some merino wool underwear / base layers to warm your butts (but not only ;)) High quality and reasonable price make Ullmax the perfect choice.

Finding good thermal underwear for hot days has always been a challenge and no solution was good. Until we came across ADV Inside and their Breeze collection. But there is more to like in ADV Inside offer. And most importantly – everything is produced in Poland, designed by a passionate biker for other passionate bikers.

Last Day: Going Home

Another early start - our adventure wan’t done yet, but it was time to head home.
We left for the airport before sunrise, and even there, Nepal gave us one last gift - the Annapurna Range, glowing softly in the morning light, visible right from the runway.

The lovely lady at the check-in desk must’ve known we weren’t ready to say goodbye just yet - she gave us the best seats on the plane, with the mountains stretching below us for the whole flight. Watching those snow-covered peaks slide by… it was pure magic.

Back in Kathmandu, we returned to the Manaslu Hotel, where it had all started. Breakfast, hot showers, one shared room for a bit of rest - and then a slow, easy day of shopping, chatting, and squeezing out every last moment of Nepal’s charm.

Some of us treated ourselves to a massage (and honestly, it might have been the best one of my life!), while others wandered through the markets, collecting final souvenirs and tiny memories to take home.

And then came the hardest part - the goodbyes. Red scarves tied around our necks for safe travels, hugs all around, and a few teary smiles.

Kasia and I took our flight back through Dubai, with a long layover that turned into a much-needed nap, and finally landed in Kraków the next day.

Nepal was unforgettable - the dust, the mountains, the laughter, the roads, and all the incredible women who shared them.

But as they say… there’s no place like home. And golden autumn in Kraków isn’t a bad place to come back to.

Women Only Nepal Trip Day 6: around Lo Manthang A Women Only Nepal Trip
Day 6: around Lo Manthang

Another day in Upper Mustang, and what a mix of fun, dust, and jaw-dropping views.

Today was meant to be an easy one — less riding, more exploring. But, as always, “easy” in Nepal has its own definition.
We left in the morning and hit the road… or rather off-road. The winding, narrow trail full of corrugations, rocks, and sand took us all the way up to 4,660 m above sea level — to the highest golf course in the world!

The view from up there? Unreal. The Annapurna Range in full glory, snow peaks sparkling under the sun. The bikes were clearly feeling the altitude — a bit short on oxygen — and so were we...

We played around a bit on the meadow, enjoying the moment, and then moved on to explore the ancient Jhong Caves.

After lunch back at the hotel, we switched gears and went… shopping! Or rather, wandering through the maze of Lo Manthang’s narrow streets — peeking into tiny shops, watching local life unfold, and occasionally getting properly lost. We even found a little local café before heading back for dinner and a well-earned rest.

Tomorrow, we start heading south again.

Women Only Nepal Trip Day 4: Kalopani - Samar Ano Women Only Nepal Trip
Day 4: Kalopani - Samar

Another day on the road — and what a start!
We actually managed to stick to the plan and got up at 5:45 to catch the sunrise. Totally worth it.
Dhaulagiri looked like it was on fire in the first light, and Annapurna stood crystal clear with not a single cloud around. Pure magic.

After that breathtaking view, we hopped on the bikes and rode up to Titi Lake. The lake itself wasn’t too impressive — but the views around it? Absolutely stunning. Snowy peaks reflecting in the water, soft morning light, total peace.
We even crossed a suspension bridge on the way there and back, which added a nice little dose of adrenaline!

After breakfast, we officially entered Upper Mustang. The traffic dropped, the roads got rougher, and the adventure level went way up. A few dropped bikes here and there (no big deal 😉), but the ride and the views made up for everything.

By afternoon, we climbed up to around 3,620 meters above sea level, and you could really feel the chill. Funny thing — no heating in the guesthouses here! (Though yesterday they surprised us with heated beds, so there’s still hope 😅).

The air’s thinner, the mountains higher, and the spirits even higher. Tomorrow we keep climbing — deeper into Mustang and closer to the sky.

The end of the beginning… After thousands of kilo The end of the beginning…

After thousands of kilometers, countless hugs, laughter, and shared stories, Wouter has reached the end of the pilot leg of The Healing Road - a journey born from love, loss, and resilience.

The ride to Belgium was more than a physical challenge. It was a deeply personal mission, shaped by three storms:
🌪 His brother’s choice.
🌪 Thimon’s daily struggle with the slow loss of his sight.
🌪 Wouter’s fight to reclaim the road after surviving cancer and a life-changing motorcycle accident.

Along the way, he was overwhelmed by the hospitality, kindness, and support from friends, family, and strangers. The donations received will go directly to help Thimon - a sensitive topic Wouter will share more about after speaking with Thimon and his mother.

But perhaps the most powerful moments came when two friends told Wouter his courage inspired them to find their own. In that, he feels he may have done something truly worthwhile.

Still, the road ahead isn’t without challenges. The journey has taken a toll physically and emotionally, and Wouter knows he’ll need support - not only for Thimon’s cause but also to keep The Healing Road moving forward.

🚦 This is not the end. It’s just a red light before the next ride.
Let’s keep the engine running for Thimon.

💛 Please donate - every contribution, big or small, makes a difference (all details are on the website).

Follow the updates on the website and stay part of the journey. The Healing Road isn’t over… it’s only just begun.
